The 6,554-square-foot office property is located at 2200 S. Rancho Drive, Suite 230 in the Sahara Rancho Business Center LLC. The total transaction value was $472,477.86. Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the lessor, Sahara Rancho Office Center LLC.
